gadmintools software package provides GTK+ server administration tools (meta-package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gadmintools
gadmintools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gadmintools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gadmintools *
You will get with gadmintools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
